Every engagement includes both a search of our existing network and active recruiting of new candidates when needed. This is not a fallback — it is simply part of the work.

We sell a fixed period of dedicated search and a defined process. We do not sell, and will not promise, a number of matches or a guaranteed result.

What this is, and what it is not

What's guaranteed

Our full attention for the length of your engagement, a real search across our network and beyond it, and a personal vetting interview before any introduction is made. What is not guaranteed is a specific number of introductions or any outcome between two people — that part is, and always will be, beyond what any matchmaker can promise.

How introductions happen

Once we believe we've found a fit, we bring it to you for review before either side knows anything about the other. If you'd like to proceed, we conduct a debrief call to walk through the details, then personally coordinate the date itself — time and place — so neither of you has to navigate that first exchange alone.

Discretion

Every member signs a mutual confidentiality agreement before any introduction. It does not mean either side meets a stranger with no information — you will always know who you're meeting. It means neither side may disclose the other's involvement, identity, or details of the introduction to anyone outside the engagement.

After a date

We check in with both sides separately. If there's mutual interest, we continue coordinating for as long as is useful before stepping back — never sooner than either party is ready.
